About The Role As Model Booker at Que Models we are looking for someone who is solution focused, has strong verbal and written communication skills and a good eye for talent. This is a hybrid role which demands both creative and logistical skills. You will play a key role in model bookings, development, creative content and work in the fast paced environment of the Australian Fashion Industry. This role would be perfect for someone who has an interest and awareness across the Fashion Industry, who is highly organised and thrives working in a team. Key Responsibilities Manage model bookings across commercial, e-commerce, campaign, editorial, runway and social media Lead negotiations across rates, usage, terms, deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial results Build and maintain strong relationships with models, clients, brands, creatives and industry partners Coordinate test shoots, digital days, portfolio updates and content production Brief and liaise with photographers/videographers/creative teams Use Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Lightroom) to create marketing collateral Monitor social media trends, social rollouts and brand creative direction Support strategic growth initiatives across Que Models as required Personal Attributes Strong communication and relationship skills Highly organised, detail-focused and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong eye for talent, style, and commercial marketability Strong expertise in social media with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content Industry awareness / interest of the Australian Fashion Market
